Excavator Operator

We’re looking for a skilled GPS Excavator Operator to join a high-performing civil construction team working across the BOP region.You’ll be operating modern well-maintained excavators on projects such as site works, drainage, roading, and subdivision development.

Accuracy is key — so confidence with GPS systems (Top Con, Leica, Trimble or similar), reading plans, and producing clean, precise cuts is essential.

You’ll also assist the ground crew when needed, helping maintain smooth workflow and a safe site environment.

• Operating GPS-equipped excavators to complete earthworks, trenching, shaping, and final trim
• Following site plans and GPS models to achieve high-accuracy results
• Performing daily machine checks and basic maintenance
• Working alongside site crews to support project delivery and maintain safe operating zones
• Communicating clearly with supervisors and teammates to keep work moving efficiently
