What You'll Bring to the Table | Nga Mea ka Mauria e Koe ki te Runanga:- 5+ years of experience (and/or relevant qualifications) in Open Space management.
- A natural communicator who knows how to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and get things done.
- A problem-solver who loves rolling up your sleeves and coming up with practical solutions that deliver value.
- An expert in Health & Safety - you understand the importance of mitigating risks and keeping everyone safe.
- Lead the Porirua Operations: Oversee commercial success, drive performance, and ensure efficient service delivery across maintenance contracts.
- Drive Growth & Innovation: Identify and capitalise on new business opportunities while introducing cutting-edge service lines to enhance customer value.
- Lead a High-Performing Team: Develop and mentor your team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
- Shape Strategic Directions: Develop and execute operational plans that align with Citycare Property's goals, ensuring profitability and growth in the region.
