Maintenance Documentation Administrator

We are currently seeking an experienced and highly organised Maintenance Administrator to support the coordination and administration of daily maintenance operations within a busy industrial environment.

This hands-on role will see you working closely with the maintenance team, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth day-to-day operations across maintenance, shutdown work, stores, permits, and project tracking.

• Managing permits and ensuring compliance requirements are met
• Scanning, filing, and tracking maintenance and shutdown projects
• Administration of stores and maintenance inventory
• Assisting with stock takes and inventory control
• Coordinating shutdown work and maintenance scheduling
• Liaising with contractors and external suppliers
• Checking contractor qualifications, inductions, and documentation
• Organising and maintaining site signage and safety documentation
• Providing general administrative support to the maintenance team

• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Confident communicator with the ability to work with contractors and suppliers
• Previous experience in maintenance administration, stores, manufacturing, engineering, or industrial environments highly advantageous
• SAP experience preferred but not essential
