As the clinical nursing leadin the vascular service, you will support, mentor and act as a resource personfor patients and whanau; the nursing team and other health professionals.A8 is a combined vascular surgery and acute stroke ward with28 ward level beds and 4 Progressive Care Unit (PCU) beds.
The successfulcandidate will have clinical expertise in Vascular nursing and the ability totransfer this knowledge to the nursing team.They will be crucial to continuingto support and develop nurses working in A8 and the embedding of safeevidence-based practice.This role is a 1.0 FTE (40 hours per week) across Monday 'Friday business hours however we are also open to considering hours from 0.8 FTE

- 40 hours per week) for the right candidate.About youA positive role model in clinical leadership you will workcollaboratively with the whole team across A8 and the Vascular service toensure high standards of care are maintained and quality patient outcomes areachieved.
