At Te Awamutu RSA we take pride in supporting our young and old veterans alike. Our restaurant forms a critical part of our business model that allows us to serve our community.
Brad has left us for Australia and we need an experienced Cook to work unsupervised over the weekends and to help during the week with functions and bookings. This is an ideal opportunity for someone returning to the workforce or young chef keen to get stuck in.
We are expecting around 20 hours of work per week plus additional hours as needed. Some flexibility is needed as in all Hospitality. This position could develop into a full time position.You will need to be comfortable producing bistro meals, our lunch and dinner menu and delivering catering for functions. Being able to relate to people is important to us along with experience with Food Safety Program and supervision of kitchenhands.
