Job Title: Automotive Parts Adviser

Job Summary: We are seeking a hard-working and motivated Automotive Parts Adviser to join our team. In this role, you will be the key point of contact for all parts inquiries maintaining a friendly, and professional experience from start to finish.

• Weekly Stock orders.
• Preparing parts orders for our workshop and customers.
• Accurately quote and process orders ( Wholesale, Trade and Retail )
• Communicate effectively with our technicians and service department
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and handle any concerns professionally.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and customer-focused work environment.

• Hard-working, reliable, and eager to learn.
• Strong team player with a positive attitude.
• Able to remain calm and effective under pressure.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Previous experience in Automotive Parts preferred.
• Willingness to work occasional weekends as required.
