Sales Representative

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Representative to join our team at Independent Refrigeration Ltd covering the air conditioning and refrigeration industry and ready to step in this diverse role and make it their own.

• Work closely with field staff to coordinate and plan installations, ensuring schedules align seamlessly with their daily workload.
• Respond to customer inquiries with expert advice, visit sites to assess needs, and help plan tailored solutions for projects.
• Provide pricing information and prepare competitive quotes.
• Engage with customers over the phone and face-to-face, driving sales and building lasting relationships.
• Build and maintain customer relationships by offering smart solutions and information
• Able to wear two hats as sales rep and take on the role of Health & Safety Officer with support from our office admin.
• Handle day-to-day administration tasks using Microsoft Suite and Tradify.

• Previous HVAC or refrigeration experience in New Zealand would be advantageous.
• Top-notch customer service skills and the ability to connect with people at all levels.
• A proven sales record is highly desirable.
• Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) are essential.
• Ability to work effectively with the team and offer solutions to client queries
• Handy man skills would be advantageous.
