Night Shift Team Member – Caltex Fitzherbert Ave

Caltex Fitzherbert Ave is looking for a reliable, energetic Night Shift Team Member who enjoys working independently and creating a welcoming experience for late night customers. If you’re someone who stays upbeat overnight, can multitask confidently, and keeps a store running smoothly and safely, we’d love to meet you.

• Providing friendly, positive customer service to late night customers*
• Preparing barista quality coffees and serving food to go items
• Merchandising and restocking to ensure shelves stay full, tidy, and well-presented for the morning
• Maintaining excellent HSSE and food safety standards at all times
• Completing nightly cleaning routines and supporting overnight store operations
• Keeping the site secure and safe through strong situational awareness and responsible decision making

• Someone who is comfortable and confident working nights independently.
• A natural people person who enjoys interacting with customers
• Barista experience (or a willingness to learn quickly)
• Strong attention to detail, particularly with merchandising and presentation
• A reliable team member with initiative and a positive attitude
• A commitment to safe work practices, including security focused night operations
