You are a skilled communicator with the ability to connect with individuals from diverse backgrounds. You excel in professional environments where teamwork and mutual support are valued.

You are proactive in seeking opportunities for personal and professional growth, eager to contribute to the outcomes of initiatives like Hōkai Rangi, which focuses on achieving positive outcomes for Māori within the justice system.Whether you're just starting your career or seeking to advance in a development
  • focused service, you hold a minimum of a Master's degree in Psychology (Clinical or Forensic Psychology) and are registered with the NZ Psychologist Board in the clinical/counselling or general scope of practice.
Ngā painga | The benefitsThe salary range for the role is $83,286
  • $133,370 per annum.

Frontline Psychologists also have the ability to work towards additional allowances and allocated professional development funding.

We may also offer flexible and/or part-time options for working hours.

Appointment and remuneration will reflect skills and experience relevant to the role.In addition to your salary, you will receive a $2,000 annual professional development allowance and become eligible for five weeks of annual leave after one year of service, increasing to six weeks after four years of continuous service.
