This position provides essential leadership and guidance to the administration team within the Service (ACMHAS).The successful candidate will enjoy a challenging and busy role, you will be able to use your initiative to problem solve, while having superb interpersonal and computer skills.Key tasks/duties of the role are, but not limited to:Guidance, leadership, and oversight of the HR and development of the ACMHAS administration team Overseeing of the day-to-day operations in both in Tauranga and Whakatāne teamsEducation and mentoring support towards the wider Mental Health administration teamProviding administration support to the Business Leader for Mental Health and Addictions.

We are looking for someone who has:Outstanding organisational, administrative and customer service skills Strong time management skills Ideally with previous experience in leadership, team coordination, training and able to handle multiple demands of a busy day to day serviceIntegrity around privacy and confidentialitySkilled in excel, word, visio and power pointPrevious experience in the NZ healthcare sector is advantageous A key function of the position will require you to lead and coordinate the ACMHAS administration team therefore strong people skills are paramount.
