- Permanent Full-Time There will be travel involved with this role, with work to be undertaken in both Hawera and New Plymouth.
You will liaise with multiple stakeholders, including defendants, witnesses, family members, Lawyers, and Police Officers.
You will be able to communicate confidently with Judges within the courtroom and their chambers, as well as other members of the judiciary.Your primary responsibilities will include:Court Taking
- You will help facilitate the smooth operation of the Court, including introducing Judges (in English and Te Reo Māori), working closely with them in the Courtroom and Chambers, managing jurors, and general administration of the Court.Customer Service
- All courts have an onsite customer service area or hub that customers can access for any court-related matter.
- This involves ensuring files are accurate and up to date.

Utu ā-tau/SalaryThe remuneration band for this role is $59,729 to $80,794- while the appointing salary will be based on skills and experience, we are willing to pay higher in the band to attract strong candidates into this role.
