Disability & Rehabilitation - Tokoroa
About the RoleTe Whatu Ora and ACC work in partnership to provide ongoing rehabilitation to those who have been in hospital due to an injury. We are looking for a self-motivated and enthusiastic registered nurse to join our team. This role will provide clinical support for the accurate data collection for those people who have been injured and require ongoing rehabilitation provided by Te Whatu Ora under the Non Acute Rehabilitation Pathway (NARP).
In this role you will work collaboratively with a number of services within Waikato and the wider Te Manawa Taki region, to support delivery of the NARP contract, the Waikato hospital ACC team and an administrator. This role offers clinical support for; the information collected for ACC, profiling the injuries and function, implementation of the Acute Care InterRAI, monitor ongoing support services, and education.
