The Role: As our next Working Foreman, you'll be:

• Leading a team of skilled and general labourers on construction projects
• Coordinating daily site operations and ensuring timelines are met
• Working closely with project managers and surveyors
• Reading and interpreting plans and technical drawings
• Getting on the tools when required — this isn’t a desk job

What You’ll Need:

• Proven experience in kerbing, pavement construction, and concrete works
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage schedules, site logistics, and subcontractors
