Fleet Service Technician / Tyre Fitter - Oamaru

Location: Tyre General Oamaru

We are looking for a Tyre Fitter / Fleet Service Technician to join our Oamaru team.

Experience is preferred and we would love to have you hit the ground running. If you can fit, balance and repair all types of tyres from passenger to commercial tyres.

If you enjoy working in the service industry and pride yourself in providing top customer service, you might like to join a team who shares your values in a job.

• Literacy Skills - paperwork is minimal, however accuracy and neatness in recording customer details is necessary.
• Applicants need to be physically fit, in good health and capable of handling and lifting tyres and equipment.
• Driver’s Licence - Applicants will need to hold a current Full, clean NZ Driving Licence.
• Applicants for this position must have NZ residency or a valid NZ work visa.
• Experience is preferred, however training will be given to the right applicant if needed.
• Hours of work will include rostered on-call and some weekend work, with pay rate to be negotiated depending on experience.
