Project Manager
Alaron Products Limited is New Zealand’s leading GMP Certified manufacturer and packer of complementary medicines and natural health products. Based in Nelson, the business continues to diversify. As a result, we are looking to appoint the following newly created role:
**Project Manager**- Nelson Based
- Project Planning and Execution Focus
The Project Manager will have a key role in leading and/or supporting Alaron’s projects including product introduction, product execution and infrastructure which are required to facilitate Alaron’s growing operational requirements. Reporting to the General Manager – Operations, the Project Manager will be responsible for the planning, co-ordination and delivery of a wide range of projects across a variety of business functions concurrently.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following attributes and skills:
- Proven ability to lead cross functional teams and manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
- Strong understanding of a GMP regulated environment and product development lifecycle
- Financial and commercial acumen relevant to the position including accurate estimation/ forecasting of cost
- Develop and iterate project programs to align with Alaron operations
- Adhere and improve on Alaron’s project reporting requirements
- Computer literacy - proficiency in the use of Microsoft (Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience in stakeholder management
- Interpersonal skills and the ability to establish and build on working relationships effectively
- Communication skills both oral and written at all levels to successfully achieve outcomes
- Pro-active, goal-orientated, and focused approach to the tasks and responsibility
- Regulatory agency and / or regulatory compliance knowledge, is a plus
