About the Role
Ward 15 is a 24-bed Integrated Stroke Unit (ISU), comprising four hyper-acute monitored beds alongside acute medical and rehabilitation patients, with a strong focus on stroke care. You will gain exposure to acute and rehabilitation nursing while developing your clinical skills in a dynamic and rewarding setting.Full-time and part-time positions are available, with rostered 8-hour shifts including nights and weekends.
You will be part of a passionate and motivated team delivering high-quality nursing care in a supportive and caring environment. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a ward where teamwork, clinical excellence, and patient-centred care are at the heart of everything we do.
You will work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to provide outstanding care to patients and their whanau, supporting them through every stage of their health journey.

About you
As a Registered Nurse, you will bring enthusiasm, professionalism, and a commitment to teamwork and clinical excellence.
To be considered we will need the following:
- Registered Nurse with a current Annual Practising Certificate from the Nursing Council of New Zealand
- A minimum 2 years New Zealand experience in acute and/or rehabilitation nursing
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong command of English
- Confident, adaptable, and able to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
- Flexible and willing to work rostered 8-hour shifts, including nights and weekends
