Restaurant Manager
Location- Takapuna Northshore Auckland. 1 position Available- Restaurant Manager.
You must have at least 24 Months of Restaurant Manager experience OR Relevant study.30 to 40 Hours per week.
Restaurant Bar & Bistro is open 7 days a week, you will be working 5 days - flexible roster including weekends and public holidays.
We are a busy Restaurant Bar & Bistro in Takapuna and are currently seeking capable and knowledgeable Restaurant Manager . who will be Working close to the management.
We have high standards and expect that you will use your skills and experience to achieve the required business goals.
Pay rate- $25.00-$30.00 an hour Depends on Experience.

Restaurant Manager job description:
Be able to do stock control and inventory management .To ensure staff understand the expediency required during service and that staff deliver QUICK and FRIENDLY service to all guests.
Strong relationship builder, team player and problem solver.
Strong communicator both verbal and written.
To ensure that courteous, efficient and friendly service is provided at all times to customers as well as management and staff alike.
To ensure any special dietary requirements are catered to without hesitation.
Evaluate self-on-the-job performance, as well as other staff Ensure that hours of operation are in compliance with local laws.
To be aware of and enforce the laws in relation to alcohol consumption and host responsibility.
To process drink orders in absence of dedicated bar attendant.
Maintain health and safety measures and Restaurant's cleanliness Help, drive, motivate, and encourage Restaurant staff to achieve sales targets.
Handle customer complaints, issues and questions as required.
To ensure you have a complete understanding and operate in accordance
with, the restaurant’s policies and procedures in relations to : o Fire and Emergency
o Hygiene and groomingo General Health and Safety
You must be Honest, Reliable and be available any day including Weekends and/or any public holiday according to flexible schedule to suit the business requirement.
