Well established Central Auckland general practice looking for an experienced hygienist who's a team player.

About the practice and the role:

Part time 25-35 hours per week with occasional Saturday if needed
Long established practice in Ponsonby
Loyal and large patient base with 5,000+ active recall patients
If registered as an OHT, then you'll see DHB patients
Supported by an experienced team of dentists, dental assistants and support staff
Providing general hygiene maintenance, teeth whitening, OHI education, ortho pre banding cleans with separator and ligature changing,

bracket recementing, and taking orthodontic records

High-end modern equipment includes Cavitron 360 and EMS scalers, Cerec Prime print for bite splints and mouth guards
Great team environment with mentoring and regular in house training sessions on topics/products and procedures by experienced

OHT/hygienists and contractors to keep team members up to date

Long term role
Mentoring can be provided for less experienced clinician
Remuneration: 40% commission less lab fees
Start date: February 2025

About you:

2+ Years similar clinical experience
Botox/filler experience a definite advantage
Passionate about oral health
High level of interpersonal skills
Communicate effectively with a wide range of people confidently and tactfully
Team player who enjoys working collaboratively within a team environment
