About the Role:We’re seeking for a full time Cash Branch Manager to join our Dunedin branch. This is an exciting opportunity for a customer focused person who has excellent communication skills, an outstanding team contributor and an effective individual performer who can stay composed under pressure while solving problems quickly and dealing with priority tasks.
What You’ll Be Doing:- Leads secure and compliant end to end cash operations across banks, ATMs, commercial clients and key industry sectors.
- Ensures strict adherence to all cash handling, transport, security and audit procedures while maintaining accurate documentation.
- Builds and develops high performing teams through strong leadership, training, scheduling and positive employee engagement.
- Drives operational excellence through effective planning, routing, asset control, risk management and safety initiatives.
- Maintains exceptional integrity and professionalism, consistently delivering reliable, high quality services that uphold company reputation.
- Oversees payroll accuracy, labour audits, billing processes and KPI reporting with precision and timeliness.
- Collaborates seamlessly with internal departments, external partners and global stakeholders to meet and exceed service expectations.
- Provides strong customer service support, resolving inquiries and investigations while ensuring all information is recorded to an auditable standard.
- Proven management, HR, communication and reporting capability.
- Solid security background with site security experience, excellent driving skills and technical security system knowledge and awareness.
- High integrity, professionalism and reliability, with strong customer focus and attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with strong Health & Safety awareness and the ability to relate to people from diverse backgrounds.

- Holds a relevant tertiary qualification, ideally in Business Management or a related field.
- Brings strong Industry experience
- Currently residing in the Dunedin region and be legally eligible to work in New Zealand.
- Ability to obtain a COA
- Must pass all relevant background and vetting checks
- Holds a full clean New Zealand Driver Licence
