Packing Rooms and Production. Reporting to: Operations Manager
We are seeking motivated employees to support our Operations Manager in the day-to-day operation of our facility.
This would suit a university student or stay home parent that has flexibility and can work at short notice.
The role is for someone who enjoys being on the floor in a hands-on role.
Great work attitude and someone that is process driven will fit well.
About the Role
Key Responsibilities / about the position
Support the Operations Manager with daily production and packing finished goodsEnsure production targets, yields, and efficiencies are achieved
Monitor and enforce health & safety, food safety, RMP requirements, and quality standards
Ensure accurate production and compliance reporting and following process
Lifting up to 20kg
Working in cold environment and comfortable wearing personal protective gear
About You
Proven experience in a manufacturing or food production environment not requiredStrong understanding of H&S, food safety, and quality systems helps
Confident communicator
Organised, reliable, and able to work under pressure
Comfortable working flexible hours if required
Comfortable working Saturday mornings if required
