- Delivering next-level service by building genuine customer connections, assisting with purchases, and making every shopping experience a standout one.
- Coaching and leading the team, helping them grow and creating a positive, high-performing environment.
- Managing daily store operations, visual merchandising, stock control, and ensuring the store looks great and runs efficiently.
- Supporting your team to meet store KPIs and sales targets while celebrating achievements together.
- Staying agile and pitching in wherever needed in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment.
- A passion for retail and a natural ability to connect with customers and colleagues.
- Confidence and enthusiasm for coaching and mentoring others.
- Excellent communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude.
- Attention to detail and pride in store presentation and merchandising.
- Flexibility to work various shifts and adapt to changing priorities
- Physical stamina to manage a busy retail role including time on your feet and occasional lifting.
