The Role

There are two streams of work available depending on your background. Both sit under the same company and offer the same strong hourly rate.

Heavy Plant Mechanic
  • You will be servicing, maintaining, and repairing large plant machinery including excavators, bulldozers, and other heavy earthmoving equipment. This is hands-on, technical work keeping a busy hire fleet operational and ready for client deployment.
  • Servicing and preventative maintenance on heavy plant machinery
  • Fault diagnosis and repair on excavators, dozers, and earthmoving equipment
  • Keeping detailed service records and maintenance logs
  • Ensuring machinery is safe, compliant, and ready for hire
Truck Mechanic
  • You will be servicing, maintaining, and repairing heavy trucks across the company's hire fleet. Keeping vehicles roadworthy, compliant, and operational is the priority.
  • Servicing and maintenance on heavy trucks and prime movers
  • Fault diagnosis and repair across drivetrain, brakes, suspension, and engine systems
  • Maintaining service records and compliance documentation
  • Ensuring trucks are roadworthy and ready for deployment
What We Need
  • Trade qualification in diesel mechanics or heavy vehicle mechanics
  • Proven experience working on heavy plant machinery or heavy trucks, ideally both
  • Strong fault diagnosis and repair capability
  • Current driver's licence
