- Drive aggressive new business growth across the Waikato region.
- Generate your own leads, book meetings, and close deals end-to-end.
- Build strong relationships with decision-makers.
- Represent the JAN-PRO brand with confidence, credibility, and professionalism.
Who You Are
- A proven high-performing hunter with a strong close ratio
- Competitive by nature — you hate losing and love winning.
- Background in B2B or contract sales
- JAN-PRO experience highly regarded.
- Highly self-motivated, disciplined, and results obsessed.
- Comfortable in a commission-only, performance-based role
- You back yourself and your ability to earn.
