Duncan Processors Ltd is a venison processor based in Rotorua, we promote a safe, drug and alcohol-free work environment.
We are currently recruiting for our up and coming season starting Sept 2025.
We are a day shift operation Monday to Friday starting at 6.30am with some Saturday processing.
Our processing operation is year-round.
Employment opportunities are across the plant including Slaughter/Boning/Trimming/Packing and general labourer roles.

Previous experience although not essential would be beneficial for any candidates.
Job requirements are but not limited to:- Maintain cleanliness of processing rooms/floors equipment and knives to avoid accidents
- Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and medical assessment
- Have a solid work history
- Able to cope with physical demands of the job
- Ability to work reliably as part of a team in a high-pressure environment
- Good hand-eye coordination
- The ability to maintain concentration for long periods
- An awareness of health and safety issues
- A solid work ethic and positive attitude towards work.
- A good attendance record
- Ability to get to work at our site based 22kms from Rotorua CBD
