Emergency Medicine
The key aims are to ensure access to high quality specialist care, alongside supporting the Hauora a Toi Bay of Plenty goals of reducing health disparities and improving outcomes for Māori. This role provides direct leadership, coaching and support to colleagues within the service and participates in recruitment, professional reviews, and practice development.
