We are seeking a Skilled Labourer to join a team responsible for maintaining key transport infrastructure across Auckland. This is a hands-on role working outdoors with a crew that takes pride in delivering high-quality work for the community.
This position suits someone who is reliable, practical, and enjoys physical work. If you are looking to develop your skills in civil construction and are keen to work in a supportive team environment, this is a great opportunity.
What You Will Be Doing:- Supporting daily site operations and work crews
- Assisting with formwork, carpentry, concrete work and general construction tasks
- Operating tools, equipment and plant (training provided where needed)
- Maintaining a safe and tidy worksite and contributing to daily safety processes
- Completing basic documentation and equipment checks as required
- Experience working in civil or construction environments
- Confidence using hand tools and equipment
- Current Class 2 driver's licence
- Good communication skills and a strong work ethic
- Commitment to safe work practices
- Flexibility to work occasional weekends or call-outs when required
Experience with First Aid, traffic management, or plant operation is helpful, but not essential. Training and development will be available for the right person.
