Mō tēnei tūranga- about the role This fixed‑term opportunity, based at our National Coordination Centre through to 30 October 2026, plays a key role in driving the smooth delivery of our Medical Co‑response Recertification programme.In this role, you will take ownership of essential coordination activities, including:Supporting trainees and trainers — providing responsive, high‑quality assistance to learners, educators, and business partnersBooking travel and logistics — arranging travel, accommodation, and cateringScheduling courses and resources — ensuring trainers, venues, and materials are aligned and readyPreparing and maintaining training equipment — keeping materials organised, available, and fit for purposeProcessing invoices and claims — ensuring timely and accurate administrationAs part of the Learning Operations Team, you'll work closely with the Team Leader and Manager to support departmental goals and deliver a seamless learner experience.

- What you'll bring to the role:The Coordinator Learning Operations position is responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support services for allocated training programs and courses.
Coordinator Learning Operations leads our customer service ethos and works collaboratively with our Training colleagues to deliver our Training Strategy To be successful in this role, we'd expect you will: Have experience and thorough knowledge of modern office administration procedures and systems.Experience and knowledge of a Learning Management System and/or other databases.High standard of computer literacy with full competency in the MS suite of applications.Sound communication skills, both oral and written.A motivated, flexible, and proactive attitude.The ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
The salary range for this role is $59,674-$66,304 (pro rata), dependent on skills and experience relevant to the role.
