Traditional Thai Masseur
Ideal candidates must hold a formally recognised qualification in Traditional Thai Massage and have at least three years of proven relevant work experience in the field.
We are looking for individuals with the following qualities:- Ability to work effectively within a dynamic team environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Physical fitness to perform Thai massages, including deep tissue treatments
- Flexibility to work on a rotating roster
- Evaluating clients' physical conditions and medical history, providing recommendations on stretching and relaxation techniques.
- Delivering massage treatments to enhance relaxation, boost circulation, and relieve muscle tension
- Applying traditional Thai massage methods to target muscles, tendons, and ligaments for therapeutic benefits
- Identifying and addressing specific soft tissue issues, along with offering rehabilitation guidance
- Utilising various traditional Thai massage techniques and complementary therapies such as infrared heat, compresses, essential oils, and herbal or mineral treatments to aid recovery

There will be a minimum of 30 hours per week guaranteed, which will generally be worked between the hours of 9.30 am – 7 pm on your rostered days.
The start date for this position will be negotiated with the successful candidate.
The earnings range: Minimum $28.00 per hour
Maximum $32.00 per hour or as negotiated.
Applicants for this position must be onshore and preferably be citizens of NZ, have a valid NZ residency, or hold an Open Work Visa, or other Work Visa that would allow them to work for the business, although other applicants may be considered.
As part of the pre-employment screening process, all applicants must be willing to undergo a pre-employment drug screening test and a Police Check.
