Cleaner / Housekeeper for a Family Business*

Lady Butterfly Cleaning is a small family business based in Christchurch, specialising in residential and small office cleaning. We are not a franchise - we are a local team that values trust, reliability, and personalised service, and we are looking for someone warm, dependable, and detail-focused to join us.

This role involves cleaning and housekeeping in private homes and small offices across Christchurch. Typical hours are between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm, with some evening and weekend work available by mutual agreement. The position can be offered on either an employee or contractor basis.

We offer a very competitive hourly rate, flexible hours, training, and the opportunity to work with stable, friendly clients as part of a supportive family-run business.

For the right person, this role could also grow into a future ownership opportunity, with the current owner looking to retire in the medium term and willing to support a smooth transition on favourable terms.
