Warehouse & Admin Support (Part-Time, 13 hrs)

We’re looking for a reliable and organised part time team member to support our Head Office and Distribution Centre. This role combines hands on warehouse work with occasional administrative tasks and is essential in keeping our stores supplied and operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

Warehouse Support:

• Pick, pack, and prepare store orders, including online courier documentation
• Prepare invoices for goods supplied to Bin Inn stores
• Unpack and check inward goods, rotate stock, and reconcile packing slips with stock delivered
• Maintain inventory accuracy in Xero and Upstock systems
• Respond to store queries and emails in a timely manner
• Assist with stocktakes as required
• Perform other duties as required by the DC Manager

Administration:

• Assist with occasional office and administrative tasks and projects, including label creation

General Duties:

• Ensure a clean, tidy, and safe office and warehouse environment
• Share general cleaning duties between Head Office staff
• Support the team with any additional tasks as needed

Key Skills & Requirements:

• Attention to detail and organisational skills
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable lifting up to 25kg
• Basic computer skills (experience with Xero or Upstock is a bonus, but training provided)
