Our client is seeking an experienced and certified Scaffolder to join our team in Hamilton. As a Certified Scaffolder, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient erection, maintenance, and dismantling of scaffolding structures to support various construction and industrial projects.

• Assemble, maintain, and dismantle scaffolding structures according to industry standards and safety regulations
• Inspect scaffolding equipment for any damage or wear and tear, and perform necessary repairs
• Work closely with construction crews to ensure scaffolding is positioned correctly and safely
• Identify and mitigate potential hazards to ensure a safe work environment
• Adhere to all health and safety protocols and procedures

• A valid Scaffolding Certificate or License, demonstrating your expertise in the industry
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience as a Certified Scaffolder, preferably in a construction or industrial setting
• Strong knowledge of scaffolding safety regulations and best practices
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and diagrams
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Commitment to maintaining a safe and organized work environment
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
