This role is based at Auckland City Hospital and is a permanent, full-time position 1FTE (40 hours/week).This key role is an ideal opportunity for an experienced physiotherapist wanting to develop their leadership capabilities and advance their skills in:Implementing evidence-based practice and service developmentMotivating, guiding and developing staffClinical leadership This role will also see you performing the below duties:Manage a clinical caseload while providing day to day coordination and leadership for a small teamWork collaboratively within an multidisplinary team to provide comprehensive geriatric assessments and rehabilitation to patients over the age of 65 with a range of diagnoses including but not limited to amputees, orthopaedic fractures and elective surgery, neurological conditions, falls prevention.Support equity of health outcomes by incorporating processes into practice that reduce inequitiesParticipate in our weekend and on-call rosterAbout the Team/Service/ LocationOur team is made up of passionate and supportive Physiotherapists motivated to improve the quality of life and health outcomes of the communities we serve.
