Pay Rate $23.95– $31per hour (Depend on Experience)

Hours : Minimum 30 hours per week to be worked over any 5 days of the week, Monday to Sunday, (full-time, permanent role) Rotating Rostered shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays, Flexibility to work split Shift as needed

• Assist in managing daily store operations
• Supervise staff and lead shifts independently
• Train, coach, and support team members
• Prepare staff rosters and assist with labour management
• Monitor stock levels, ordering, and minimise wastage
• Ensure high standards of food quality and customer service
• Handle customer complaints and provide solutions
• Support cash handling and basic financial reporting
• Maintain compliance with food safety and health & safety standards
• Ensure the store is clean, organised, and well-presented
• Support store opening and closing procedures, including preparing workstations and service areas.
• Carry out food deliveries and collect supplies from vendors as required to support smooth operations

• At least 2 years experience in hospitality or a supervisory role and overseeing the duties of Team Members in Fast Food or similar food, Hospitality or Retail environment.
• Experience on how to on-board new employees and with staff training and motivation (advantage).
• Unpacking stock deliveries and inventory (involves heavy lifting).
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and take initiative
• Good organisational and problem-solving skills
• Reliable, honest, and team-focused
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Physically fit to stand for extended periods
• Must Available to work on weekends, nights and public holidays
• A clean character with no criminal history.

• Applicants must be NZ citizens, residents, or hold a valid work visa
• Full, (Class 1) - Car Licence, with reliable transport
• Able to pass a pre-employment check (medical if required, drug test and MOJ check)
