Fixed-Term Full-Time Shop Assistant – Hamilton
Our Hamilton branch is currently seeking TWO enthusiastic and customer-focused superstars to join our team on a full-time, fixed-term basis (three months) to cover the busy season, from late October to late January. 30+ hours per week.Key Responsibilities:
-Deliver an outstanding in-store experience by welcoming customers, providing assistance, and building strong relationships.
- Promptly follow up on customer enquiries or issues within expected timeframes.
- Assist with general shop maintenance to ensure a clean and organized environment.
- Provide support to the Sales, Warehouse, and other departments as required.Requirements
- Possess exceptional customer service skills.
- Outgoing personality and a strong team player.
- Great attention to detail.
- Available to work weekends and public holidays as required.
