We are on the hunt for a passionate team player who will be based on the West Coast working 20 hours across three or four days.

• We are a long-established charity providing specialist community-based support for people diagnosed with dementia, their care partners and whanau.
• Our interdisciplinary clinical team includes Social Workers, Educators, Occupational Therapists, Activity Co-ordinators and Volunteer Co-ordinator who provide information, education, support, cognitive therapy, advocacy, activities, and social support programs to people affected by dementia and whanau living in the community.

• Westland, West Coast based
• Part-time with some flexibility
• Involves some travel
• Provides one to one and whanau support within the community, as well as facilitation of a range of therapeutic services.
