Fabricator/Welder – Full-Time Position

Location: Papakura, Auckland

R&H Engineering is looking for an experienced fabricator/welder to join our busy team. We’re a general and custom engineering and fabrication company based in Papakura, working with a wide range of materials and projects across the Auckland region.

This role involves both workshop and on-site work. We're after someone who is versatile, reliable, and takes pride in doing a good job.

What the role involves: General and custom fabrication and welding

Sheet metal work across a range of metals

Site installation work

Keeping the workshop and job sites clean and tidy

What we’re looking for: At least 5 years’ experience in fabrication/welding (trade certified preferred)

Solid understanding of general engineering practices

Ability to read and follow engineering and shop drawings

Someone who can work independently and take responsibility for their work

Good attention to detail and able to meet deadlines

Well-presented and takes pride in their work

Honest, reliable, and safety-conscious

Must have a current driver’s licence and the right to work in New Zealand
