VTNZ Frankton Branch is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join their team full time working approximately 35 hours per week.

This is no regular customer facing or admin role. You will thrive on providing exceptional service.

Must haves:

• Highly organised individual with natural ability to multi-task
• Experience in cash handling and use of POS system
• Face to face customer service experience
• Office based experience in administration and data entry

All Customer Service Representatives must be able to attend up to a week of paid induction and customer care training which may be away from your home location. Days of work for this position are Thursday to Monday - 3x full days Thursday, Friday, Monday and 2x 5.5 hour days Saturday's and Sunday's.
