**Your Key Responsibilities**:

  • **Customer Engagement** - Make outbound calls to support loyalty programs and resolve queries.
  • **Complaint Resolution** - Respond professionally and empathetically to customer concerns.
  • **System Management** - Update customer records, call logs, and feedback in internal systems.
  • **Program Coordination** - Help manage reward and recognition programs.
  • **Team Support** - Assist internal teams with escalations and provide admin support to senior staff.
**What We're Looking For:**
  • **Experience Mix** - Around 1.5-2 years in call centre roles and 1.5-2 years in admin roles.
  • **Tech Confidence** - Proficient in Microsoft Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Canva.
  • **Excellent Communicator** - Friendly, clear, and professional on phone and in writing.
  • **Detail-Oriented and Dependable** - Organised, reliable, and able to work independently.
