The Opportunity:We are currently seeking a Casual Cashier to join our Auckland-based team in our Cash Services Division. If you’re looking for a career in a stable, essential industry, this is your opportunity!
About the Role:As a Cashier, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of cash services—an essential function that remains operational even during business closures. Our division supports banks, businesses, and commercial clients, ensuring reliable access to cash across the Auckland region.
This is a physically active role that requires standing for long periods, lifting, and handling cash manually or with machines in a secure, 24/7 monitored facility.
This is a casual position, with varying shifts based on operational needs.
Key Responsibilities:- Packing, counting, and verifying cash (both manually and using machinery).
- Working efficiently as part of a team to meet strict deadlines and targets.
- Maintaining accuracy and focus in a fast-paced environment.

To progress through the recruitment process, you must consent to and be able to satisfy pre-employment checks, including:
- Driver’s License, Credit Checks, Ministry of Justice Criminal History and Immigration checks.
- Residency & Work Eligibility – You must currently reside in Auckland and be legally eligible to work in New Zealand.
- Has previous experience in cash handling or banking (preferred but not required).
- Works efficiently under pressure and meets strict deadlines.
- Is highly responsible, detail-oriented, and quick to learn new processes.
- Maintains a strong commitment to health & safety compliance.
- Communicates professionally and effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
