About the Role:This role is part of our Retail Sales Team. We are looking for a team member who is physically fit for merchandising products, conducting stock counts and engaging with customers through exceptional service and in-depth product knowledge.The goal is to ensure each customer leaves with the right product to meet their needs.
We are looking for individuals with:
- Enthusiasm and team spirit.
- A passion for customer service excellence.
- Good time management and communication skills.
- Ability to perform duties that involves stretching, bending, lifting and carrying medium to heavy products.
- Ability to operate a computer to monitor products, make inquiries and adjustments of inventory levels.
- Merchandising and solid product knowledge relevant to hardware would also be a real advantage.
This is a permanent full-time opportunity within our retail store and roster for the role will include working on a weekend day.
