Logistics and Warehouse Manager

We are seeking a skilled Logistics and Warehouse Supervisor to manage the warehousing and logistics operations for our restaurants and hotels. Once the development project is initiated, you will be responsible for overseeing materials and logistics on construction sites, ensuring efficient supply chain operations to support business growth.

• Oversee warehousing and logistics management for building materials and food supplies, including inventory planning, inbound/outbound management, stocktaking, and losscontrol.
• Coordinate with suppliers, transportation companies, and internal teams to ensure timely and safe delivery of goods.
• Develop and implement logistics plans for construction site materials based on project requirements, monitoring transportation status to ensure smooth project progress.
• Manage logistics processes, optimize transportation and warehousing costs, and enhance logistics efficiency.
• Establish and maintain supply chain management systems, improving warehousing and logistics management procedures.
• Conduct regular inventory analysis, provide optimization suggestions, and support business decision-making.
• Maintain effective communication with internal teams and external partners, promptly resolving logistics and warehousing issues.

• Fluent in Chinese (spoken and written) for seamless communication with employers and colleagues.
• Over 5 years of experience in trade, logistics, or warehouse management, preferably in retail, logistics, F&B, construction, or building materials industries.
• Proven procurement and trade experience in China.
• Local construction experience in New Zealand.
• Familiar with supply chain management, warehousing, and logistics processes.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
• Proficient in ERP systems and office software.
• Able to work flexible hours, with occasional travel and overtime based on project needs.
