In this role, you’ll bring your insight, experience, and professional intuition to help clients navigate complex issues and implement meaningful, effective solutions. Beyond core compliance, you’ll have the opportunity to lead exciting projects, build and manage your own client portfolio, and play a key role in developing and supporting your team. What You’ll Be Doing
  • Leading the preparation of financial statements and income tax returns
  • Delivering insightful monthly management reporting
  • Providing system and process support to help clients improve the way they work
  • Building and nurturing long-term client relationships
  • Offering leadership, coaching, and guidance to team members
  • Supporting and driving project work that goes beyond compliance
About You
  • At least 5 years’ CA experience, with strong technical capability
  • Clear, confident communicator who can bring clarity to complex information
  • Commercially minded with the ability to think beyond the numbers
  • Skilled at building rapport with a wide range of clients
  • Proven leadership experience with a collaborative, supportive style
  • Strong at managing your own workflow and overseeing junior team members
  • Experience with accounting technology solutions is an advantage
