Wellington - Facility Maintenance Delivery Supervisor

We are seeking a proactive and organised a Facility Maintenance Delivery Supervisor to join our team and ensure homes meet the required standards across our residential maintenance programmes.

This role involves overseeing the end-to-end delivery of residential works, working closely with social and community housing providers, subcontractors, customers, and internal teams. Success in this role requires a high level of coordination, planning, and accountability in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Key Duties include but not limited to:

• Coordinate and manage a variety of trades to ensure timely, high-quality work.
• Plan and monitor job progress to ensure milestones and deadlines are met.
• Conduct quality assurance checks on completed work.
• Manage job invoicing and ensure accurate documentation.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Track job performance and proactively resolve issues to keep work on schedule.

• Trade knowledge is preferred but not essential.
• Proven ability to oversee multiple jobs simultaneously from initiation to completion.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage authentically with tradespeople, clients, and customers.
• Experience managing complex workloads and meeting tight deadlines is desirable.
• Confidence in making informed decisions and balancing competing priorities.
