As the first point of contact for many patients, your role will be essential in keeping our operations smooth and efficient.Your daily responsibilities will include:Answering patient and staff enquiries via phone and emailScheduling and booking appointmentsManaging waitlists and patient records in iPMGeneral admin support to keep clinics running like clockworkYou'll be based at our Lambie Drive office and work 40 hours per week—Monday to Friday, 7am–3:30pm (with flexibility).About you:You’re calm under pressure, detail-focused, and love supporting others.

You bring strong organisational skills and are confident using digital tools to stay on top of things.We’re looking for someone with:Previous experience in healthcare administration (especially appointment scheduling)Proficiency in MS Word, Excel & OutlookFamiliarity with iPM or other patient systemsExcellent communication—both verbal and writtenA team-first mindset and a commitment to great time managementExperience working in diverse, multicultural environmentsThe salary range is dependent on skills and experience and will be paid in line with the National Administration Collective agreement.Working at Health New ZealandHealth New Zealand | Te Whatu Ora is dedicated to ensuring excellent healthcare for the people of New Zealand.
