Factory Labourer - Afternoon Shift

This is an exciting opportunity with a plastics manufacturing company based in Penrose. This role is ideal for someone with machine operating experience, Who has the willingness to learn and work in a fast paced environment.

You’ll be responsible for coordinating daily production activities, machine operators, setting moulds and ensuring production targets are met while maintaining a safe and positive work environment. The team has a great culture – energetic, supportive, and focused on getting the job done while enjoying the workday together.

Part of the role will also involve hands-on work, including operating machinery and using basic hand tools to trim, drill, and prepare materials when required.

• Previous experience operating manufacturing or production machinery
• Hands-on and practical with machinery and hand tools
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain quality standards
• Own reliable transport to get to work
