Class 5 Delivery Driver - Christchurch

• Driving South Island Routes, regular overnights required

We're all about growing and delivering strong plants. We're looking for an experienced Class 5 Delivery Driver to join the distribution team.

Join our committed distribution team, who take great pride in their vehicles, our plants and their strong customer focus. This position is for a Class 5 truck driver to deliver plants to our retail and commercial customers across the South Island and requires regular overnight stops.

We seek applicants who will bring enthusiasm, willingness to learn, strong interpersonal skills and natural aptitude for safe and efficient driving.

Key attributes for this position:

• Minimum 1 year experience driving Class 5
• Experience delivering goods to the retail sector - multiple deliveries on route
• Clean driving record with appropriate licences
• Pride in equipment and desire to maintain a high standard
• Be fit, in good health and capable of manual loading and unloading stock
• Good communication skills
• Able to work 1-2 overnights per week and extended hours during busy season (September to December)

We are seeking an industry established C5 driver who is customer centric. During our busiest season throughout Spring and Summer you can expect to work 60+ hours a week across seven days with 1-2 overnights a week. Be prepared to assist in other tasks when not driving.
