Calimero Pizza is a fast-growing local pizza business with four branches across Auckland. We pride ourselves on quality ingredients, fast service, and a fun, professional work culture.

The Role: We are looking for a full-time Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations at our busy Mairangi Bay store.

• Oversee daily store operations and lead service during peak times
• Supervise and train staff, manage rosters and shift planning
• Monitor food preparation, hygiene, and quality control
• Manage inventory, order supplies, and receive deliveries
• Provide exceptional customer service and handle escalated complaints
• Ensure health & safety and food safety compliance
• Support promotional campaigns and community engagement

• At least 2 years’ experience in a fast-paced hospitality or QSR (quick-service restaurant) environment
• Proven leadership or supervisory experience
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Reliable, organised, and able to manage pressure during busy periods
• Understanding of New Zealand food safety regulations

• $31.61/hour, full-time permanent position
