We’re now looking for a skilled Installation Technician to join our friendly team. If you enjoy problem-solving, hands-on work, and helping customers get the best out of their systems — this could be the role for you.

• Installing and maintaining technology systems (including Autosense, Eroad, and Navman)
• Providing expert, solution-focused advice to customers
• Diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues quickly and accurately
• Carrying out preventative maintenance, testing, and system configurations
• Keeping accurate job records and paperwork up to date
• Ensuring your vehicle and workspace are clean, tidy, and fully stocked

• A full, clean NZ driver’s licence
• Experience with wireless communication systems, basic auto electrical, and GPS/driver safety technologies
• A relevant trade qualification or industry certification (e.g. automotive electrical, telecommunications, electronics)
• Proven hands-on experience with installation, maintenance, and diagnostics
• Ability to interpret wiring diagrams, technical drawings, and manuals

Bonus points if you have: Site Safe/Working at Heights, First Aid certification, experience with digital job management tools or radio communications brands such as; Motorola, Tait, Hytera, Simoco, Kenwood, Cel-Fi, Etc.
