Key Responsibilities:
- Kitchen management and planning
- Team management
- Leading the team in food preparation and catering
- Maintaining stock
- Ensure cleanliness in galey and provision stores
- Ensuring working practice of food products handling
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar role on commercial vessels
- Ability to work on board vessels
- Excellent teamwork, leadership skills and problem-solving skills
- Willing to travel and be away from home
