Location: Belle Mer Beachfront Apartments, Mount Maunganui

Belle Mer consists of 12, 2 bedroom and 3 bedroom self-serviced individually owned apartments that are let out to guests for holiday accommodation.

• Respond to guest enquiries, concerns, and special requests with professionalism.
• Keep things running smoothly by guiding daily duties and coordination with other personnel.
• Collaborate to enhance the overall guest experience
• Maintain a safe and secure environment for both guests and staff
• Assisting with general cleaning and upkeep tasks as part of their role

• A person with the confidence to deal with the public.
• A resilient team player who can think on their feet and embraces shifting priorities with confidence and composure
• Familiarity with NewBook Property Management Software or other OTA (preferred but not essential)
• Previous experience in hospitality management or a related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varied shifts
• A genuine passion for guest service and hospitality excellence
• Legal right to work in New Zealand
